Please follow the instructions to return your items within 30 days of receipt to the address below. Include your order # on the outside of the package.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS:
 

✔ We accept claims up to 48 hours after delivery.
✔ Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
✔ The product must be returned in its original condition and in the original box.
✔ It is required a trackable shipping service when returning your package to our warehouse. Please note that if the return is shipped without a tracking number and the package is lost, a refund will not be processed. The client is responsible for the condition of the product upon arrival at our facilities.
✔ The refund of the product will only proceed after the product arrives at our premises.
✔ The delivery shipping costs aren’t refundable. Taxes incurred during the return will be deducted from the refund.
✔ Custom products can’t be returned.

✔ Please send us photos to sales@guipp-decor.com of the product and the box and we will send you a replacement (we do not refund in these situations).
✔ We do not accept claims if the product(s) have already been applied or show any signs of attempted application, or if alternative methods/types of adhesive were used that were not recommended by us.

✔ We accept claims for damage to orders up to 48 hours after they are received.
✔ You have to report the damages to the courier when you receive the packaging (if the client doesn’t report the damage in the act of the delivery to the courier, it won’t be possible for us to proceed with a refund or a replacement).
✔ If the damage is only visible after opening the box, please send us photos of the product and the box. We will send you a replacement for the damaged product (we do not refund in these situations).
✔ You need to accept the order from the courier (if the order is returned to us the return shipping costs are not refundable).
✔ You need to report it to us and send us photos of the damaged packaging and/or product to sales@guipp-decor.com with your order number.
✔ We will immediately contact the courier.
✔ We will replace it at our discretion if it is damaged.
✔ Keep the original box of the product until the claim is completed, as it may be subject to inspection by the carrier.
✔ We do not accept claims if the product(s) have already been applied or show any signs of attempted application, or if alternative methods/types of adhesive were used that were not recommended by us.

IMPORTANT:
– If the client refuses a signed delivery, they will be held fully responsible for the condition of the order.

– The client is responsible for monitoring the tracking status.
– It is important to open and inspect your order within 24-48 hours of delivery in order to address any potential shipping-related issues.
– If you need to return your order, you can contact our customer support team and they will provide you with a quote for a pick-up service.
