International Customs & Import Duties Guide

As we ship from Portugal, it’s important to note that there are no customs duties or import taxes for deliveries within the European Union member states. However, different customs regulations apply for non-EU countries and other international destinations.

International Shipping Process

Our team provides all necessary documentation to carriers to facilitate smooth customs clearance. However, when packages cross international borders, they may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are separate from our product and shipping costs and are collected by your local customs office or carrier upon delivery.

Important Notes for All International Orders

All customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

The exact amount varies depending on:
– Your country’s customs regulations
– The value of your order
– The type of products purchased
– Current tax rates and import duties

We are legally required to declare the accurate value of all items on customs documentation. This ensures compliance with international trade laws and helps avoid delays in customs processing. While we understand that customs charges can be unexpected, we cannot undervalue items to avoid customs fees.

Processing Times and Customs Delays

While most packages clear customs quickly, occasional delays may occur during the customs inspection process. These delays are beyond our control, and processing times can vary by country. We recommend allowing extra time for international deliveries, especially during peak seasons.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please note that orders cannot be canceled or refunded solely to avoid customs fees. Once an order has been placed, we are committed to accurate customs declarations and cannot modify values or descriptions to reduce customs charges.
