Ordering

Can I customize my order?

Yes! Most of our items can be customized. For the customization process to begin all you need to do is to contact us.

We accept credit card and PayPal. While you can view prices in different currencies (EUR, USD, CAD, CHF, GBP, AUD, and AED), credit card payments are processed in Euros. For PayPal payments, you’ll be charged in the currency you select in your PayPal account.

Yes! New subscribers to our newsletter receive a special coupon code for their first order. Keep an eye out for our more promotions too!

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, as we begin custom production, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately at sa***@gu*********.com if you need to cancel.

Yes, we offer samples for some items here. This allows you to check material quality and color matching before making a larger purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

– Standard orders: 3-6 business days for production + 1-5 business days for delivery
– Custom orders: Up to 2 weeks total processing time

Please note that although we strive to meet these timeframes, there may be delays due to customs (outside EU) or carrier factors outside our control.

Yes, we ship globally from Portugal. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order details during checkout.

We’ll send tracking information to your email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order anytime here.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes set by the destination country. These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. Visit our Customs & Duties page for detailed information.

Returns & Issues

We offer a 30-day return window for standard items in original condition. Custom orders have different terms. Find all the details in our Return & Exchanges page.

If your package arrives damaged:
1. Do not refuse the package
2. Report the damage to the courier at the moment of delivery
3. Contact us immediately with photos and delivery details
