Customs & Duties

Customs and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. When applicable, these must be paid by the buyer directly to their local customs authority:

– EUROPE: Tax-free within the EU (except Switzerland, Norway, Monaco, and the Canary Islands – buyer pays any customs fees).
– USA: Taxes and duties are already paid (Delivered Duty Paid). No additional charges at delivery.

On rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded to avoid paying customs fees — refunds are only possible once the item(s) are returned.
